MOCHI-MOCHI FRIES? WHAT ARE THOSE?
In Japanese, “mochi-mochi” is a mimetic way to describe something soft, chewy, and springy in texture— which is exactly what our fries are! How do we do this? Magic.
DO YOU OFFER VEGAN OPTIONS?
Currently, only our Japanese Cucumber Salad is vegan. But fear not, we’re cooking up something heavy on the veggies.
ARE YOU SURE THE FUWA-FUWA BUNS AREN’T VEGAN?
We make our buns using milk and eggs, so vegan they are not.
IS YOUR MEAT HALAL?
No, our meat isn’t Halal but our beef is sourced sustainably and our chicken is all natural (meaning no antibiotics).
CAN I PLACE A LARGE ORDER FOR EVENTS?
We are not accepting large orders at this time.
